Platform Lifting Club has been established to provide a new standard of coaching to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Our goal is to break down the barriers to entry in the sport and make more people realise with the correct guidance and coaching that anyone can pick up the barbell and become STRONGER, more MOBILE, and ATHLETIC.

The passion we have for the sport is directly portrayed in the quality of our coaching service. We won't give you a "one size fits all" cookie cutter program. We tailor every minor detail, down to the last accessory movement, to cater towards YOU and YOUR GOALS.

Our mission is to aid in the growth of Olympic Weightlifting. This will be done by creating a group of passionate, hard-working, athletes looking to expand and encourage others to take the horizons of the sport to a new level.

I have been in the industry for over 4 years, gaining thousands of hours of experience along the way. Over this time, I've come to realise my passion lies with helping people realise their potential and what their bodies are capable of. 

When coaching with me, you get fully personalised programming unique to your individual capabilities and goals. From our initial consultation call, I will create and tailor a fully comprehensive program specific to you. With this you'll receive a full technical breakdown of all exercises, techniques, and reasoning behind exercise selection so you go into every single session with full confidence in what you're looking to achieve.

I'm Ryan. Helping people improve their confidence in themselves through fitness has been my passion over the past 7 years. Throughout this time I've delivered over 8000 hours of PT sessions to people with a range of goals, backgrounds and abilities. In my time as a Weightlifting coach I've coached many athletes from complete novices to the international stage.

In our initial consultation, we will get to know each other and discuss the roadmap to achieving your desired goals. When working with clients my aim is to take as much of the guesswork out as I can, solving problems together as they arise with specific, easy to understand programming tailored to your goals.
